WOMEN's AUXILIARY Bobcats lose to Deseronto Storm 5 - 4 in overtime story by Ian Gibson
Deseronto Friday October 30, 2009 the Bobcats lost a close one at the 4:41 mark of the 5 minute overtime period. Tallies came from Pilatic in the first, Rogers in the second, Jurak and Rush in the third. Coaches Comments: Phone call at 23:15 from Coach Leonard. "Christie played a great game turning away 32 of 37 shots. Every time we took the lead we ended up with a penalty within 30 seconds. One of the penalties was assessed against an unknown jersey number! One of our players got cut and the referees could not find who did it so no five minute major was assessed against the Storm. I am pleased that we came away with one point in spite of the poor officiating". Next home game will be Friday November
