Elliot Lake Centennial Arena, Friday February 12, 2010. Elliot Lake Bobcats 9, Powassan Dragons 2
If you came late to the game tonight by one and a half minutes you would have
missed the quick start by the Bobcats who by the first minute and twenty seconds
had already scored two goals. The game tonight was as exciting has a pre-season
scrimmage between the number one squad and the also-rans. Unfortunately for the
Dragons the Bobcats just seemed to be everywhere and could do no wrong.
The Dragons even were unfortunate when they started the game one short due
to an un-sportsman like conduct penalty. I guess that besides the Cats
playing very well and Dustin Christie doing well between the pipes, I could have
written this story with the following (which says it all): Shots on goal
